This is not some unproven system we are talking about here. In fact, Harvard University and MIT, among others, currently partner with local brokerage companies to offer a local relocation program for its employees. Obviously, these world class organizations see the value of the program, thus companies in your local community will as well. No complicated or pricey internet search engine optimization! It's also not some fad system that will be obsolete in a a couple of years, like working with foreclosures or shortsales. This program is good in any market, so you won't have to change the way you do business depending on how the economy is doing.

TIME. Time is our biggest challenge in real estate, probably in life as well. There never is enough of it. As such, you need to look for ways to leverage your time, especially when it comes to prospecting, which is one of my least favorite activities. What exactly does this mean? Most real estate agents are familiar with LONG distance relocation programs. Long distance relocation programs are nothing new.
